From what I have been able to uncover on Gayle she seems to be very much interested in education for children under 18, veterans affairs, and making sure patients’ rights are not trampled on.  She sponsored a bill 564 Health Insurance.  This bill would ensure that insurance companies do not discriminate on a basis of what drugs are prescribed to them and that they are covered by insurance.  It would prevent them from excluding coverage of certain drugs on certain grounds.
